Antique Victorian locket necklace featuring engravings of ivy leaves framed by a classic Victorian design of balls around the piece. In the Victorian era the Ivy leaf symbolised love, affection, fidelity, friendship and affection. The locket is set in brass and hangs from a new 9ct yellow gold chain.

The locket measures 3.9cm / 1.5" in height and 3cm / 1.2" in length. The piece hangs from a new 9ct yellow gold chain measuring 18".

CONDITION

The locket is in good antique condition on the outside, unfortunately the inside of the locket is missing its framework however pictures can be placed inside possible secured to a piece of card.
